INTRODUCTION
Success is a point of achievement or the point of achieving one’s goal, and success is all about the ability to stay independent without being oppressed by any other physical needs, and it is an ultimate position, where you are and or where one does not have to struggle so hard  anymore, even the stress is limited. Discipline yourself to do what you know you need to do to be the very best in your field. Perhaps the best definition of SELF DISCIPLINE is this: “Self discipline is the ability to make yourself do what you should do when you should do it, whether you feel like it or not.” It is easy to do something when you feel like it. It’s when you don’t feel like it and you force yourself to do it anyway that you move your life and career onto the fast track.
What decisions do you need to make today in order to start moving toward the top of your field? Whatever it is, either to get in or get out, make a decision today and then get started. This single act alone can change the whole direction of your life. I don’t know where to start but I have to start from somewhere. A man who crosses a bridge and he is able to cross it successfully succeeds, and a successful man never under look his potentials, he feels there is always an iota of strength in everything he does.
To be successful in life is not a day work for a strong man, it doesn’t matter the color of your skin, the nature of your tongue(i.e. the language you speak), all that matters is the determination, “no man is ever a failure, unless he is contented with his failure”, think of your present forget about the past, focus on the future and balance the equations of life, anyone who is a queen will always want to be a queen no man will be called by another man’s name. Thinking so had about the future doesn’t help those who keep on thinking without working remember the scripture said it and it was proven that faith without work is dead.
There was this man who has always wanted to be a champion, he sat down everyday and keep on dreaming about being a crowd stunner, he wanted to be famous, a monolith that anyone could look up to, but all these dreams he could not achieve, because of his idleness. there was a day when a friend of his visited him, telling him how he has achieved his purpose for his life, he explained everything about how he determined on how to make it and how he has being working towards his dreams with determination and finally became a successful, now these man come to realize that dreaming everyday about being a champion doesn’t mean anything, not until he strives towards actualizing his dreams, later when strived so hard, he becomes a celebrity (a world celebrated champion in his lifetime; realizing that a journey of a thousand miles start with a step,  the step is a step toward to success, success is not tallied with a specific age. The day you realize that you have to work and pray in order to succeed and actualize every single of your dream is the day you fall into the track of success, chasing your goals with the strength that God has implanted in you.
“Make hay while the sun shines.” Success does not wait for anyone who is not yet ready to be successful, the scripture says “seek God when ye can find him” be careful about the kind of decision you make, take a step that will change your life positively not the on that makes you live in shadow of regret forever be careful with your decision making if you want to be successful. A Successful man doesn’t joke with his youthful days because he realizes that the future is the utmost event.
“Yesterday is history, tomorrow is mystery and only God (i.e. our heavenly father) can give us victory”
No one knows tomorrow, there is no time enough to waste time; because as ye lay thy bed thus shall thou lay on it.
Life is mystery enough for everyman to see; the cloud is charming, the rain falls, the sun is shines, and all the day is bright.
King David in the bible was a man with hope for everything he does because, he believe that success is a key held by God and release to those who strive both physically and spiritually youth of today are leaders of tomorrow, plan for your life the way you want to live it.
My keywords to success will help a lot, for anyone who go through and applied it in a physical realm, “success is all about application of your ability with your potentials to strive for chances”, and life is all about competition “survival of the fittest”.

TYPES OF SUCCESS
We have two major types of success, these includes:
·        Internal success
·        External success
EIGHT STEPS TO INTERNAL SUCCESS
There is a powerful seven step formula that you can use to set and achieve your goals for the rest of your life. Every single successful person uses this formula or some variation of this formula to achieve vastly more than the average person. And so can you. Here it is:
STEP 1
DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT
·        Step number one; decide exactly what it is you want in each part of your life. Become a “meaningful specific” rather than a “wandering generality.”
·        WRITE IT DOWN: Secondly write it down, clearly and in detail. Always think on paper. A goal that is not in writing is not a goal at all. It is merely a wish and it has no energy behind it.
·        SET A DEADLINE: thirdly set a deadline for your goal. A deadline acts as a “forcing system” in your subconscious mind. It motivates you to do the things necessary to make your goal come true. If it is a big enough goal, set sub-deadlines as well. Don’t leave this to chance.
·        MAKE A LIST: Fourth, make a list of everything that you can think of that you are going to have to do to achieve your goal. When you think of new tasks and activities, write them on your list until your list is complete.
·        ORGANIZE YOUR LIST: Fifth, organize your list into a plan. Decide what you will have to do first and what you will have to do second. Decide what is more important and what is less important. And then write out your plan on paper, the same way you would develop a blueprint to build your dream house.
·        TAKE ACTION: The sixth step is for you to take action on your plan. Do something. Do anything. But get busy. Get going.
·        DO SOMETHING EVERY DAY: Do something every single day that moves you in the direction of your most important goal at the moment. Develop the discipline of doing something 365 days each year that is moving you forward. You will be absolutely astonished at how much you accomplish when you utilize this formula in your life every single day.
·        ACTION EXERCISES: Here are two things you can do to put these ideas into action immediately.
·        First, decide exactly what you want, write it down with a deadline, make a plan and take action – on at least one goal – today!
·        Second, determine the price you will have to pay to achieve this goal and then get busy paying that price – whatever it is
ACHIEVING EXTERNAL SUCCESS
·        DREAM IT. Everything begins in the heart and mind. Every great achievement began in the mind of one person. They dared to dream, to believe that it was possible. Take some time to allow yourself to ask “What if?” Think big. Don’t let negative thinking discourage you. You want to be a “dreamer.” Dream of the possibilities for yourself, your family and for others. If you had a dream that you let grow cold, re-ignite the dream! Fan the flames. Life is too short to let it go.
·        BELIEVE IT. Yes, your dream needs to be big. It needs to be something that is seemingly beyond your capabilities. But it also must be believable. You must be able to say that if certain things take place, if others help, if you work hard enough, though it is a big dream, it can still be done. Good example: A person with no college education can dream that he will build a $50 million-a-year company. That is big, but believable. Bad example: That a 90-year-old woman with arthritis will someday run a marathon in under three hours. It is big all right, but also impossible. She should instead focus on building a $50 million-a-year business! And she better get a move on!
·        SEE IT. The great achievers have a habit. They “see” things. They picture themselves walking around their CEO office in their new $25 million corporate headquarters, even while they are sitting on a folding chair in their garage “headquarters.” Great free-throw shooters in the NBA picture the ball going through the basket. PGA golfers picture the ball going straight down the fairway. World-class speakers picture themselves speaking with energy and emotion. All of this grooms the mind to control the body to carry out the dream
·        TELL IT. One reason many dreams never go anywhere is because the dreamer keeps it all to himself. It is a quiet dream that only lives inside of his mind. The one who wants to achieve their dream must tell that dream to many people. One reason: As we continually say it, we begin to believe it more and more. If we are talking about it then it must be possible. Another reason: It holds us accountable. When we have told others, it spurs us on to actually doing it so we don’t look foolish.
·        PLAN IT. Every dream must take the form of a plan. The old saying that you “get what you plan for” is so true. Your dream won’t just happen. You need to sit down, on a regular basis, and plan out your strategy for achieving the dream. Think through all of the details. Break the whole plan down into small, workable parts. Then set a time frame for accomplishing each task on your “dream plan.”
·        WORK IT. Boy, wouldn’t life be grand if we could quit before this one! Unfortunately the successful are usually the hardest workers. While the rest of the world is sitting on their sofas watching reruns of Gilligan's Island, achievers are working on their goal—achieving their dream. I have an equation that I work with: Your short-term tasks, multiplied by time, equal your long-term accomplishments. If you work on it each day, eventually you will achieve your dream. War and Peace was written, in longhand, page by page

PART B

ACHIEVE EXTERNAL SUCCESS

1.  Make a list of your goals, and what you might do to achieve them. Be sure to address both short-term and long-term goals; try to think beyond financial/career goals.
o    Consider which subjects you enjoyed studying in school, and why. This can help give you an idea of what you may be best at or more interested in.
2.  Live purposefully. In order to achieve your dreams and be the person you want to be, you will have to start paying attention to your actions. Ask yourself, "Is what I'm doing going to lead me to where I want to be in life?"
o    If you find yourself constantly bored, daydreaming about the future or past or counting down the minutes until the day ends; it is probably because you feel disconnected from what you're doing. Consider changing careers or majors to a field that you care about, but remember such a move could have unexpected consequences. Does the job you are considering pay enough to support yourself? Is it something you might get bored with eventually? Do you really want to commit to that job?
o    Cherish your time. Try to spend your free time doing things that you enjoy doing, rather than wasting time. For example, rather than spending your weekends watching television, spend them partaking in your hobbies or spending time with loved ones and new friends.
o    Remember that the concept of "wasted time" is relative. Not everything you do have to be productive in the conventional sense, but activities should be engaging and enjoyable.
3.  Be educated. Education gives you the knowledge, skills, and credibility to achieve your maximum potential. In terms of financial success, statistics have shown that the more education you have (i.e. the higher degree you achieve), the more money you are likely to make.
o    In 2011, the median weekly earnings for high school graduates were $638 while those with bachelor's degrees made $1053. That same year, those with masters or doctoral degrees made $1263 and $1551 respectively.
o    Not all education has to be formal. Apprenticeships and long-term training programs are also positively correlated with higher incomes. Obtaining a Certificate in your field can help to increase your salary.
4.  Manage your finances. Learning how to manage your money will help ensure your financial stability over time, regardless of your income.
o    Keep track of your expenses. Review your bank statements often and notice where you spend your money. If you do your banking online, be sure to keep personal records as well. This will help you prevent over-spending and ensure that your bank statements are correct.
o    Understand your income. When calculating your income, be sure to take into account the federal, state, and social security taxes that will be deducted from your gross pay. Don't overlook miscellaneous deductions, such as health insurance premiums, savings bonds and loan payments. The resulting number is your net pay, which is what you end up taking home with you.
o    Prioritize spending. Your first priority should be spending money on basic necessities like food, shelter, and clothing. Don't spend money on luxuries like expensive clothes, cars, or vacations until you have first satisfied your basic necessities. Be honest with yourself and differentiate between your basic needs and your luxuries.
o    Save money. Every month, you should deposit some of your money into a savings account. Consider asking your employer to directly deposit a portion of your income into your savings account.
The three main qualities or attributes that are a man need to possess before he can climb the ladder of success successfully are as follows: Determination, Persistency and Effective Planning Skills (EPS).

DETERMINATION
Determination is the ultimate pathfinder in the race of success, take an imaginary look of comparison on a man who determined and plan to a man who plan without determination such will be like a man running a race without aim. Have you determine in your heart mind and soul? Have you been working towards that determination?
“Determination is the key to success” a mind that determine  is  a mind that succeeds, there was these young man who because of he saw and admire the way his fellow farmers were harvesting their crop in due season, he planned in his heart that he would cultivate his farmland up to 10 hectares in the following year, the year finally arrives, this man was with no determination and he was  unable execute his plans , due to the lack or low level of determination, because determination is the quality that makes you continue trying to do so something even though it is difficult the determination that is laid in your mind, makes you do something extra ordinary.

PERSISTENCY
Persistency is the act of continuity of focus during hardships, or it can also be described as the act of continuing to do something although it has its own difficulties. Being persistent is one of the major clue or step to success, a man that is not persistent cannot be successful because in the journey of success they are many mole holes, people will hate you, mock you, and laugh you, even sometimes they spit on your face but you have to be persistent because persistency is synonymous to perseverance, the feeling of never give up, this feeling should be laid in your heart, having that thought that all this hatred and obstacles won’t last forever, be persistent , even when all  the family hates you  or they are against you, they call you names, be persistent because all these things you are passing through are just preparing you to meet success. To be a successful man has many families, before you can see you must open your eyes, before you can eat you must open your mouth and for you to succeed, you must be strong and persistent and  get ready to hustle your way out. A good example of persistency was exercised in the life of President Muhammed Buhari, he contested for 12years before he was able to actualize his dream and another good example of persistency was exercised in the life of Professor Wole Soyinka who did Waec for 9years before he finally made it, persistence is also a great quality to be adapt by great dreamers to turn it into reality.
The persistence of Samson who did with the philistine though he was blind made him a conqueror, the persistence of David made him overthrowned and killed goliath on the battle field and also with the Grace of God almighty he was made the king of Israelites, persistency is a quality of a good leader and a great achiever, some families are scattered today due to their lack of persistent spirit, when a wife or a husband feel that he/she cannot continue the way the family is going, badly I suggest. There will be certainty of misunderstandings. In the school, persistency is needed for students who wants to be successful, nobody is born a failure, because God is never a failure, at the place of work, workers need to be persistent no matter how you they are humiliated and pressurized, persistency is one of the key to success. Persistence has helped lots of people and it can also help you too if you add it up to your daily routine, ask? No man is a successful without exhibiting that persistence part of behavior. A wise Yoruba man once said and I quote “there is honey in the rock; if you look onto fetch the honey, don’t mind your axe” I think that is the perfect quotation for persistence, your fall today doesn’t mean you will not rise tomorrow, you are never down ,because you are not meant to go down or stay down , rise up again , pick your stance and you will be  surprise where persistence will lead you in life , “if a horse let you down on a battle font , you will still ride another horse, don’t think it is the end until it is finished(i.e. death)” imagine what you can achieve by applying your persistence in a positive way, my mother  always tell me something when I was young , she said  “if you cant fight with your knuckles , use your teeth”. I prefer to use the last ounce of energy to complete what I have started than to leave it halfway.” No pain, No gain.
EFFECTIVE PLANNING SKILL
Planning is the innermost sketch up for what or whom you want to be in life, planning can also be the line or track you have drawn to follow in life, through every stage in life, planning is an important decisive media, through which you can establish the mansion of your own life. Struggling without plan is like tracking without clues, without planning other recipes will be faulty, of what use is the body without the head? in the time of creation, God plan everything well and things were created in an accord. Planning leads to reality; a wise man settles down to plan, while the fool plan arrogantly, and it has been said that “Pride goes before perishing”. It takes plan for a man to take steps, a successful man is a man who plans well, it’s never a decisive measure, but it’s just a compulsory thing to do in a race of life.
Planning is a powerful part of the procedure and it is an important recipe in the delicacies of success. Ladder of success is not climb without taking note of every step on it, so it is  important  for man to plan , an adage says  “look before you leap” this quotation should be a very important guide for the reader at home or anywhere; the sentence “look before you leap” is a very important and genuine thing to take note of, you are in a world whereby things are complicated, men are perplexed, they are to make decision of their own lifetime, take your time and reason well, check for your alternatives and see maybe there is another way out, before jumping in conclusion of your decision, planning is not a right or privilege , it is not a command or a suggestion , but it is as a result of wish and will, planning as I have said earlier, it is  a creative and a strategic decisive measure , in which you have drawn imaginarily or un-imaginarily tracks  to lead one to the goal one is to achieve, planning is one of the basic way and a strategic way you can  achieve your aim without an unnecessary difficulties  or stumbling stones  on your way, with planning you can remove unnecessary blockage, obstacles that obstructing, delaying and that causes drawbacks in your set goals or aims, planning is a weapon that helps in winning difficult wars and overcoming difficult challenges, you plan, you succeed, failure to plan  lead varieties of difficulties, one day I asked a boy what is your plan for your future, the boy gave me an answer that shocked me till tomorrow, he said “I don’t need to plan for future, or why do I need to stress myself, because the future always come and go, I know some of you might be thinking that he gave the right answer, and while some will be thinking otherwise, I was expecting that planning is going to be the answer from the boy, my point here is that  a future that has no plan is a messed up future, you cannot but meet hardships of the future, the tough times ,difficulties will be what will be encountered tomorrow ,planning is all you need to avoid this encounters, if I say planning, I mean effective planning , planning that yield fruits.  “A planned future made one a renown hero, but an ill planned future or an unplanned future makes one and hero by mistake, and an hero by mistake is not celebrated”.

Missing Nigerian Boy In Rome Found By Good Samaritan

A little Nigerian boy left his parents distraught after going missing while on vacation at the Basilica in the Vatican City,in Rome, Italy. The young boy was later reunited with his family after being found a female Vatican Secret Police - to the joy of his parents and siblings.  Read what the report shared by his father, Theodore Okwu Ejike Ekechi on Facebook;  In the euphoria of being admitted to the Basilica, our little son slipped from our tight grip. By the time we realised we're short-one, euphoria dissolved to hysteria. The ensuing traumatic drama was indescribable as the entire St Peter's Square resonated with our loud but palpable search wailing. It was like we cried in 'tongues' as almost all visitors from different walks of life could decode our heart-broken cries for help. Some instinctively joined us in this race against time. We feared the worst with a fast receding consolation that we're in a holy land. As the Swiss Police were preparing to raise ...
