Kebbi State Government is to offer financial support to criminals who repent to engage in productive ventures. Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu gave this assurance while inspecting arms retrieved from repentant and captured criminals at the Government House, Birnin Kebbi. He said the government would assist them to engage in Agriculture and trade to keep them permanently away from crime. Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu commended security agencies for their vigilante, dedication and gallantry to keep Kebbi State secured and peaceful. The Governor was also full of praise for his Special Adviser on Security retired Major-General Muhammad Isah Dan-Hanne, for his personal effort to retrieving the arms and for accepting to serve the state.
